/IPRO/MGT_DOCSTAT - Notify Agent Prior to Document Expiration

Run this report to notify a document owner of released documents that are about to expire. The report allows you to change the document status from 'Released' to 'Expired' on the basis of the threshold you have specified. You can specify either a global setting that applies to all contents, or a setting that applies to a specific content. Note that in this case the content-specific setting overrides the global setting.

1. Enter the relevant content.
2. You can specify either a global threshold or a content-specific threshold. To do so, select a content and choose Save Setting to save the threshold value for later use. You can delete this setting whenever required.
3. Choose Execute.

Three documents are in 'Released' mode. The report checks the documents. If the current date equals the document end date minus the threshold, an e-mail notification is sent to the document owner. If the current date is outside or inside the threshold, no e-mail notification is sent.
