/IPRO/MGT_FMT - Define Document Formats and Sections

In this step you provide information on the structure of a document and on its purpose.

1. Identify the documents formats required by your company.
2. Choose Document Format in the dialog structure.
3. Choose New Entries.
4. Enter an identifier and a description.
5. Save your entries.
6. Choose Section in the dialog structure.
7. Create one or more sections and order them. We recommend that you use increments greater than 1 (for example 10, 20, 30, etc.) in case you decide to reorder your sections or add new ones.
8. Save your entries.
