/IPRO/WFL_USRSTATUS - Define User-Specified Statuses

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the CA-GTF-DOB component.

You can use this BAdI to maintain user-specified element statuses. You can define user-specified statuses to add to the list of statuses delivered by SAP.

The following element statuses are delivered with SAP Document Builder:

• Draft

• In Approval

• Active

You have maintained parameter USER_STAT_ACTIVE in Customizing for Cross-Application Components under Document Builder -> Basic Functions -> Define Configuration Parameters.

ZCL_STAT_PROF

Using the methods included in this implementation, you can assign the status profile value based on the element category, or you can write custom logic to define a status profile value based on element characteristics. You can also customize element user interface components based on the status you are defining. For example, you can enable the Editbutton for the user-specified status In Translation and disable it for other statuses.
