In this IMG activity, you define the retention period on the mobile devices for all maintenance order types.

Orders that are older than the retention period that is entered here in days are no longer distributed to mobile devices and, if necessary, are removed from them.

These orders remain visible in the SAP system.

Define the required order type, for example, PM01 (maintenance order), the system status, and the retention period in days.
