This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Distributed Maintenance (IS-DFS-PM-DIS) component.

The BAdI is used to delete the personnel numbers that are assigned to the maintenance order operation during the distribution of maintenance order operations in decentralized systems. For example, this may be necessary if you do not distribute any HR master data from the central system to decentralized systems.

In the distribution direction from decentralized to central, two cases are differentiated:

• The personnel number is not given, the order was thus already distributed to the decentralized system, for example:

In this case, the personnel number is not overwritten on the central system.

• The personnel number is given. Either the order was created with a personnel number in the decentralized system, or the personnel number was changed in the decentralized system:

In this case, the personnel number is overwritten on the central system. This also means that the HR master data required must be available in the central system.

You create a maintenance order with personnel assignment in the central system. When the order is sent and imported into the decentralized system, the personnel numbers are deleted from the operation there.
