In this IMG activity, you can specify how qualifications should be assigned to positions, jobs, and persons.

• GEN_QUALI_ACT switch

This switch defines whether the assignment of qualifications to persons should be made in the status Active (value 'X') or Planned (no value) when qualifications are derived from training data.

• MAINT_Q_ON_C switch

This switch defines whether it should be possible to create relationships between qualifications and jobs in the Structures Workbench (value 'X').

• MAINT_Q_ON_P switch

This switch defines whether it should be possible to create relationships between qualifications and persons in theStructures Workbench (value 'X').

• MAINT_Q_ON_S switch

This switch defines whether it should be possible to create relationships between qualifications and jobs in theStructures Workbench (value 'X').
