In this IMG activity, you maintain the institution-specific settings for electronic data interchange.

You can enter different values for each EDI procedure. The majority of these settings are technical sender addresses or further specifications identifying the sender.

  • Germany
  • §301: These specifications are not relevant for data exchange pursuant to Paragraph 301.

  • §302: The §302: Ignore Print Date for Invoice indicator lets you stipulate that the system is not to interpret the print date of an invoice as the invoice having been sent to the insurance provider. Set this indicator if you only print invoices in live mode for verification purposes and do not send this paper version to the insurance provider. Do not set this indicator if you only print invoices in live mode to send them to the insurance provider.

  • MRUC: Hospital comparison according to §5 BPflV: You have to enter at least the name of the contact person and a communication connection for the MRUC procedure.

  • Singapore
  • CCPS: Maintain the technical addresses, the address types and first two hospital codes. The system uses the code 2 as the hospital code for outpatient cases and the code 1 for all other cases. If your hospital code is identical for inpatient and outpatient cases, enter the same value in both fields.

You can also specify the default change reason and specify the number range used here.
  • NPMI: Specify the hospital ID in the Hp code1 field and the default change reason.
