ISH_OWPCB - Personalize MiniApps for Inpatient Billing Workplace

In this IMG activity, you personalize the following MiniApps of the Inpatient Billing Workplace.
- Top 10 longest outstanding non-billed cases
- Non-billed cases with status information
- Long-stay patients without billing
- Top 10 most recently created insurance providers
- Billing runs completed for the day/week
- Weekly overview of non-billed cases
- Weekly overview of average time between discharge and billing
For each MiniApp, you define selection variants that you then assign to a user and/or a role.
The tasks associated with patient billing are processed by two groups of agents as follows:
- Patient name range A-K
- Patient name range L-Z
When a processing agent logs on to the Workplace, he or she should be assigned the non-billed cases from the patient name range in relation to his or her organizational assignment.
For this purpose, you create two selection variants for the MiniApp Non-Billed Cases with Status Information, and then assign these variants to the appropriate users.
If several users are responsible for the same patient name range, you can also create a role for each of the two ranges, and then assign the appropriate role to the users and to the defined selection variants.
