ISH_PATJOIN_CHECK - BAdI: Check Patient Merging

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used to check the prerequisites for patient merging.

You can use it to execute customer-specific checks to prevent patient merging. The program displays the messages generated in the BAdI implementation in a dialog box. If messages of the type "Error" are created, patient merging is not possible. Warning or information messages do not prevent patient merging.

The BAdI must be activated. You can activate it in Customizing under Patient Management-> Patients-> BAdI: Patient Merging - Check Prerequisites.

You can refer to the sample implementation of this BAdI. The sample implementation is ISH_EXAMPLE_PATJOIN_CHECK, which is available in enhancement implementation EI_ISH_PATJOIN_CHECK.

A sample implementation for the country version Austria (AT) is available in the sample class ISH_EXM_PATJOIN_CHECK_AT.
