SAP E-Book

In this Customizing activity, you can view logging for a context that is delivered by SAP (such as object ID, subobject ID, transaction code, framework parameter, program ID, or access type). You can also add new entries in your namespace (Z*, Y*).

The parameters of this activity involve the following:

  • Object ID for sensitive objects
  • Subobject ID for sensitive subobjects
  • Transaction code
This can be either an SAP-delivered transaction code or your own customer-specific transaction code.
  • Program ID
This can be either an SAP-delivered program ID or your own customer-specific program ID.
  • Framework parameter
This parameter is used for the Clinical Process Builder (NV2000), clinical work station (NWP1), documentation work station (accessed through NWP1), and print forms transactions, and could be one of the following:
  • Clinical Process Builder (NV2000-NV2008):

The following items can be entered here as framework parameters:
- Subscreen names: View ID of the subscreen which can be obtained from the view NWVIEW. Alternatively, the corresponding subscreens under a variant can be found using the function moduleISH_WP_ENJADM_WPLACE_READ by providing the view ID and the view type.
In NV2000, you can also find the view ID by selecting Settings -> Variant -> Management -> All Views, then select a subscreen name and click the Details button. You can also use the Change Layout button to add the view ID in the layout and see the view ID for all the subscreens.
- FCodes: View ID of the function assigned to the function bar in view NWPVZ. Alternatively, it can be accessed from the function bar management in the variant management.
  • Clinical Work Station (NWP1):

Here the framework parameter is the view type. The values for the view type field can be found in table NWVIEW. The SAP-delivered view types are as follows:
Framework Parameter View
001 Occupancy
002 Arrival
003 Departure
009 Occupancy Characteristic
010 Pre-registration Entry
010 Pre-registration Scheduling
010 Waiting list

  • Documentation Work Station:

The documentation work station (DWS) is accessed through the clinical work station (NWP1) from the Outpatient Clinic view. SAP currently supports outpatient templates.
Here, the framework parameter is the task template name and situation template name (patient viewer), and the base item for tasks within the situation.
For the DWS patient viewer within a task, the framework parameter would be the task template name. The task template name can be found in the Template Management for Work Areas transaction (N2WLD), and values are stored in the table N2DWSWL_PATT under the column SHORT_CODE.
For the DWS patient viewer within a situation, the framework parameter would be the situation template name. The situation template name can be found in the N2WLD transaction and values are stored in the table N2DWSWL_WS under the column SHORT_CODE.
For DWS task executions within the situation, the framework parameter would be the base item type. Base item types can be found in the table TN2BITYPEF.
The SAP-delivered view types are as follows:
Framework Parameter Base Item Type
ACCIDENT Accident data
DIAGNOSIS Diagnoses
PROCEDURE Procedures
SERVICEADM Administrative Services
SERVICEMED Medical Services

  • Print Forms

Here, the framework parameter is the work organizer type. The values can be obtained from the work organizer chapter in Customizing for SAP Healthcare - Industry-Specific Components for Hospitals under Tools -> Work Organizer Management.

  • Access type
The access types that can be selected are as follows:
  • 02: Maintain

  • 03: Display

  • 06: Denied
