ISH_REDOMA - Maintain Document Type Assignments

In this IMG activity, you assign document types to Renewable Document Management. You can also stipulate a renewable document category for these document types.

The document types need to have been created in the IMG activityDefine Document Types.

Choose the document types you want to create for Renewable Document Management.

If the document type is a work incapacity certificate, set the renewable document category Work Incapacity also.

You created the following document types in the IMG activity Define Document Types:

• WI: work incapacity

• WM: work incapacity for mother

• MO: medication order - ergotherapy

You want to manage all of these document types in Renewable Document Management.

Enter these document types in the Document Type column. For the document types WI and WM, set the renewable document category Work Incapacity.

Result: You can create renewable documents with the above document types in Renewable Document Management. The system automatically assigns the work incapacity certificates to the SAP-internal category Work Incapacity and thus provides additional fields for data input.
