ISH_REDOMA_VERS_INIT - Enter Version Sequence ISHRD for Document Types

To ensure a stable program flow for Renewable Document Management, you need to make the following settings for all of the document types that you use in Renewable Document Management:

Perform this IMG activity once, and then in the IMG activity Define Document Types, set the version number increment control "Z" and the version sequence "ISHRD" for the document types used in Renewable Document Management. To do this, proceed as follows:

1. In the IMG activity Define Document Types, select the row for a document type.
2. Choose Details.
3. Enter "Z" in the Vers.No.Incr. "Z" field and "ISHRD" in the Version Sequence field.

For renewable documents of the document types for which you have defined version number increment control "Z" and version sequence "ISHRD", you can create up to 1,000 renewed documents for an initial document in Renewable Document Management.
