ISH_SG_EXTCONTRACT - Maintain Default Values for External Contract Schemes

In this IMG activity, you maintain the default external contract schemes for a contract scheme.

If you specify a contract scheme when creating an insurance relationship, the system proposes the external contract scheme defined here.

You can also make a masked entry (*) for the contract scheme. In such cases, the corresponding external contract scheme is proposed if no specific entry is maintained in Customizing for the contract scheme entered when an insurance relationship is created.

You maintained the following default values:

Contract scheme	External Contract Scheme
B2	MS
*	CV

When you create an insurance relationship with the contract scheme B2 the system proposes the value MS as the external contract scheme.

For all other contract schemes, it proposes the external contract scheme CV.
