In this Customizing activity, you maintain the follow-up and application deadlines for specific OU constellations within OU jurisdictions (OU = organizational unit).
The settings you make in this Customizing activity take priority over the settings in the activity Follow-Up/Application Deadlines for OU Jurisdictions. This means you can define a combination of general and specific follow-up and application deadlines.
You have performed the Customizing activities Texts for OU Jurisdictions and OU Constellation Within OU Jurisdictions.
Enter the assignments for the OU Jurisdiction field in the DeptOU and TrtNrsOU fields. Then enter the follow-up time in the FUpTm field and the application period in the AppPe field.
