ISH_TNACC - Define Accommodation Categories

In this Customizing activity, you define the accommodation category and consequently categorize the type of room in which a patient is accommodated.
You can specify an accommodation category defined here as a planning characteristic for a building unit (e.g. room or bed location) when maintaining the planning characteristics of building units (transaction code NB37). This planning characteristic is then taken into account for bed scheduling.
You can assign a patient class (Class field) to control how accommodation is charged for. The patient class describes how the patient is categorized with regard to accommodation or other factors. It usually affects the pricing of services. At present, the patient class is implemented for the country version Singapore only.
Using the ranking order (Rank.Order field), you can classify classify the accommodation category according to its value, where the lowest ranking number represents the highest value. You can assign a ranking number more than once.

A valid institution must be defined in the system.
Maintain the accommodation categories used in you healthcare facility.
Switzerland country version
The accommodation category can be used, for example, to control the cost of room facilities in the billing agreement.
Caution: In the Switzerland country version, the assignment of a patient class has no influence upon billing.
