You can enter a business partner for each service in the service-based appointment search. The system copies the scheduled service and the service-to-business partner assignment when you create a visit for an appointment.

In this Customizing activity, you can enter the positions for functions held by business partners in the assignment to a service.

  1. Enter an institution in the Inst field.
  2. Enter a value between 1 and 5
  3. as the position of the function in the service in the Position field.
  4. Enter the identifier for the function in the Funct field.

The positions should be assigned starting with 1 and in ascending order without gaps.

If you create a function in such a way that it can only be assigned once per service, it cannot be assigned more than one position.
