ISH_WAITINGLIST_STAT - Set Up Preregistration Status
BAL Application Log Documentation General Material DataThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
In this IMG activity, you define the status that a preregistration can have.
The preregistration status identifies the current processing status of a preregistration. The preregistration status is used as a selection criterion in the Preregistrations view type. You can use it to control work flows, for example, waiting list management.
- Specify the institution in the Inst. field.
- Store a two-figure alphanumeric key in the Status field.
- You can enter a language-dependent text (20 characters max.) in the Text field.
- The Inactive field designates a status that identifies a preregistration as completed, for example, and thus no longer relevant for a work flow.
- If the deletion indicator (field D) is set, the data record is flagged for deletion. The status can no longer be used in preregistration management.
You enter a preregistration for waiting list management. You describe the processing status of the preregistration in waiting list management using the status:
Inst. | Status | I | Text |
---|---|---|---|
1 | 1 | Surgery preregistered | |
1 | 2 | Patient confirmed | |
1 | 3 | Surgery scheduled | |
1 | 4 | X | Surgery carried out |
