ISISFICA_BROK_IBR37 - Define Prefix for Collective Reconciliation Keys

If you post multiple broker reports on a daily basis, you can use collective reconciliation keys for posting broker reports. The system assigns these reconciliation keys automatically when posting the broker report.

In this IMG activity, you define the character combination (prefix) that the system is to use when generating a reconciliation key.

Structure

A collective reconciliation key consists of the following parts:

<PREFIX><Date on which the reconciliation key is valid><SUFFIX>

The system assigns the date and the suffix automatically.

You have activated the use of collective reconciliation keys for broker collections (Use Coll. Rec. Key flag, under Broker Collections -> Basic Settings -> Activation of Basic Functions).

If you do not make a setting in this IMG activity, the system uses the prefix BRK when generating the collective reconciliation keys.

In the Pref. Rec. Key field, define the 3-character combination that the system is to use as the prefix.

You can use letters or numbers.

If you define TST as the prefix, the system creates the following reconciliation keys on 04/05/06:

TST060504/00

TST060504/01...

TST060504/99

TST060504A00...

TST060504A99

TST060504B00

etc.
