ISMAM_PK_PSTYV - Define Package Element Item Categories for the Package Item Category
RFUMSV00 - Advance Return for Tax on Sales/Purchases CL_GUI_FRONTEND_SERVICES - Frontend ServicesThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
In this Customizing activity you define the package element item categories for which default entries are to be made when generating the package element item or when copying package items with an item category switch.
Generate Package Element Items (Fixed Packages)
If you define determination type 'B', during generation of package element items, the system overrides the item category that you have entered in the package configurator with the item category that you have defined in this Customizing activity.
Copy Package Items with an Item Switch (Flexible and Fixed Packages )
When copying package orders with an item category switch, you must define the item category to which the item category in a package element item is to be converted. A copying variant with an item category switch is available to you in the Customizing activity Define Copying Variants for Package Items or Define Copying Variants for Orders. You can perform an item category switch by making the following settings:
- Query Item Category During Copying indicator
- Direct entry of the new target item category
Settings for a package copying variant always refer to the item category for the corresponding package item. In this Customizing activity you define the target item category to which the system is to assign the respective package element item during copying.
In the item category Customizing settings (Define Item Categories) you define the way in which the system is to determine the item categories during generation.
You can record the following types of item category determination:
- A: ,,Determine package element item categories from the package configurator
- B:,,Determine package element item categories from Customizing
- :,,Package element item category = Package item category
If you define determination type 'B' in the item category Customizing settings, the system uses the Customizing entries defined here to define default package element item categories. This gives you the option of overriding the default item categories defined in the package configurator. This is sometimes for example required if you want to offer a package free of charge.
If no suitable Customizing entry is available, the system automatically uses the package item category as a package element item during generation. You can mask the fields Item Type and Package Element Item Category. To do so, do not make an entry in these fields. The access sequence is as follows:
1. Package item category/item type/package element item category
2. Package item category/item type
3. Package item category/package element item category
4. Package item category
For each package item category, item type and item category for the package element item, assign the target item category to the package element item.
Generate Package Element Items (Fixed Packages)
To offer a package for sale free of charge, you must create a package item category free of charge (for example PK06). You must then assign the corresponding free of charge item categories to the respective item type and possible package element item categories.
Package Item Category | Item Type | Element Item Category | Item Category (Destination) |
---|---|---|---|
PK06 | 01 | 0001 | 0004 (free of charge item category) |
PK06 | 01 | 0002 | 0004 |
PK06 | 02 | 0001 | 0004 |
PK06 | 03 | 0003 | 0004 |
PK06 | 04 | 0001 | 0004 |
PK06 | 05 | 0002 | 0004 |
PK06 | 06 | 0003 | 0004 |
When the system generates the package element items, it overrides the default item category defined in the package configurator with item category 0004 that you have specified here.
Copy Package Items with an Item Switch (Flexible and Fixed Packages)
In the package copying variant COPY1, you have assigned the target package item category CRED. During copying, the system converts the current package item category to the target package item category CRED. You can assign one or more package element items with different item categories to a package item. You define the item category to which individual package element item categories are converted during copying by for example making the following settings:
Package Item Category | Item Type | Element Item Category | Item Category | |
---|---|---|---|---|
CRED | 01 | 0001 | CRED1 | |
CRED | 02 | 0002 | CRED2 | |
CRED | 03 | 0003 | CRED3 | |
CRED | 04 | 0004 | CRED4 | |
CRED | 05 | 0005 | CRED5 | |
CRED | 06 | 0006 | CRED6 |
