In this step, you define the order change types. This allows you to define how the system responds to order changes that require schedule line and/or billing dataset generation.

  1. Check how the system is to respond to order changes.
    1. Check whether the user is to be asked if they want to retain manual changes (No change dialog box if billing dataset is generated again indicator).
    2. Check whether billing datasets that have been changed manually and deleted are to be displayed.
    3. Check how the system is to respond if a 1:1 relationship exists between the existing and new order object (schedule line, sub-item, billing dataset).
    4. Check whether the copy number or the publication date is to be used as the identifying date category for ad items.
    5. Check whether the page/column format assigned in the schedule lines matches the page/column format in ad specs that are assigned to these schedule lines (Generate new schedule lines indicator: Check page/column format).
  2. Create the order change types required as follows:
    1. Enter an alphanumeric key with a maximum of two characters for each type.
    2. Enter the short text for the possible entries function (F4).
    3. Enter the long text.
    4. Maintain the indicator according to the decisions you have made above.

You can choose between system response prior to Release 4.61 and system response as of 4.61 (Retain as many manual changes as possible).
