ISMAM_TJHCIC_ORDER_W - Make Settings for Ad Item Entry Component

In this activity you maintain the profile for the Ad Item Entry (ISMAM_ORDER) component. Use of this component is restricted to the Application Area.

Define a name, and explanatory short and long text for the profile.

The following default entries can be defined for each profile:

• Sales organization

• Distribution channel

• Division

• Sales group

• Sales office

• Dummy business partner

Defining a default sold-to party using a default business partner enables you to enter order items without having to first identify or create the media customer. The dummy business partner must be exchanged with the business partner number for the media customer before the order is updated.

• Ad Spec Editor Indicator

If you want to use the Ad Spec Editor (ISMAM_EDITOR) component to design the ad spec in the CIC, you must select the Ad Spec Editor Active in the CIC indicator.

Activate Ad Item Entry by assigning the ISMAM_ORDER component with the component profile created here to the application area in the Maintain Standard Settings for Navigation and Application Areas activity.
