You can allocate the plants to the corresponding country or region, the geographical region, the county code or the city code. The allocation always depends on the countries or regions in which you are using the SAP System.

Using the country or region key, the SAP System recognizes which tax type is valid for a plant and thus which taxes are relevant when creating an SD document.

The following organizational units must be defined:

• Plants

• Countries or regions

• Geographical regions

• County codes

• City codes

Allocate your plants to the corresponding country or region, the geographical region, the county code, and the city code.
