ISMSD_REMSCHEMATA - Maintain Monitoring Procedures

In this step, you define the possible monitoring procedures and the monitoring steps assigned to them.
You must assign the appropriate output determination procedure to each monitoring procedure you create in this table.
The steps you create for each monitoring procedure are interpreted as the time remaining for the subscription until its expiration date. You must specify the following for each step:
- Required step indicator - You must mark at least the first step as a required step. It is not possible to skip a required step.
- Step type - Each step type triggers a function, for example:
- Renewal offer (obligatory with step 1, required step)
- Reminder letter
- Suspension (with suspension reason)
- Termination (with delivery end reason)
- Number of offset days or number of copies until expiration date
- Hold days (minimum period between two steps)
- Specifying hold days for a step allows you, for example, to prevent a customer being sent several reminder letters at the same time when the monitoring program is executed after the offset days have passed.
- Enter a key and text for each monitoring procedure and assign the corresponding output determination procedure.
- Create and define the required steps for each monitoring procedure.
Functions allowing a workflow to be triggered for each step are planned.
