In this activity, you can maintain an alternative role assignment for the specified business partner for each operation. This then overrides the implicit assignment of the roles to the operation groups.

The Returning Business Partner (RM) and Ship-to Party (WE) roles are assigned implicitly in the Service Cockpit according to the use of the operation group.

  1. Enter the two-character operation key.
  2. Select either the Returning Business Partner (RM) or Ship-to Party (WE) indicator.
