In this IMG activity, you define calculation rules for determining sales figures. A calculation rule comprises a data access method and, optionally, one or more selectors for order types.

The order types are used to determine the sales documents that are to be used to determine the sales figures. If you want to determine all the orders generated automatically for a customer, for example, you would choose order type JTA if you only use it for generated orders.

If you want to determine the number of orders generated automatically minus the complaints for an issue per customer, create a calculation rule JTA - JCO. When doing this, you must specify JTA as the order type for the orders generated automatically and JCO as the order type used to enter complaints in the system.
