ISM_AKTLANDVERSION - Define Active Country Version

In this step, you define which country version of the industry-specific components for media is used in your company.

The country version principally controls the following areas:

• Address maintenance (layout of address maintenance screen)

• Central access to order processing (address layout and further selection fields)

• Functions in shipping, particularly bundling

• Collective transfer (e.g. POR procedure in Switzerland)

• In the German country version, postal packing takes place according to the regulations of the German postal service (postal packing rules ZEBU).

• In the US country version, the address maintenance screen contains fields for the direction of streets or an alias text for streets, e.g. Main Street, made up of the street name 'Main' and the suffix 'Street'.

The German country version is the default setting in the standard system.

Set up the appropriate IS-M country version.
