You can use this business add-in (BAdI) to record data for orders that the clerk has selected in the hitlist during the check to identify and reject undesirable orders.

You have activated the check used to identify and reject undesirable orders. For more information, see Customizing for Media Sales and Distribution under Periodical Sales and Distribution -> Sales-> Order-> Configure Determination of Undesirable Orders.

The system accesses this BAdI if the clerk rejects the order on the basis of the check result.

The BAdI uses the following import parameters in the method SAVE_DATA:

  • IS_BADCUSTOMER (Data for the order rejected by the clerk)
  • IT_BADCUSTOMER (Table of order data determined by the system that matches the filter criteria for the check)
If you implement this BAdI, clerks can select orders in the hitlist. Selected orders contain the value "X" in the field SELKZ.

Implement the BAdI. For more information, see Implementation.

Note that the COMMIT control takes place in the calling program. Do not therefore use any COMMIT or ROLLBACK commands in the BAdI.

Add another field to the table KNA1 and save the data for the selected hit, for example the date of the most recent attempt to place an order for a discounted subscription.
