The following media-specific Business Add-Ins (BAdIs) are available in the Customer Interaction Center (CIC):

  • ISU_CIC_ENV
Use/Function: Enhancement to the CIC data environments in the navigation area.
This includes the following methods:
  • ADD_CHILDREN (Insert lower-level nodes)

  • ISM_CIC_BP_SEARCH BAdI
Use/Function: Individual business partner search. This may be performed using external software, individual algorithms etc. This BAdI replaces the existing customer enhancement JYCIC004.
This includes the following methods:
  • BUSINESS_PARTNER_SEARCH (Detail search for BPs (extra button)

  • PRELIMINARY_BUSINESS_PRTN_SRCH (Advance search for BPs (pre-configured standard search).

  • BP_SEARCH_WITH_DOCNR (BP search using your own document types)

  • DOCUMENT_TYPES_MODIFY (Change possible document types for your own search)

  • FILTER_SEARCH_RESULT (Filter the search result)

  • HITLIST_PREPARE_FOR_WORKSPACE (Enhance and prepare the hit list for the workspace)

  • ISM_BP_SEARCH BAdI
Use/Function: BP selection dialog box in the CIC with individual functions
This includes the following methods:
  • STATUS_ACTIVATE Activate interface status

  • FCODE_EXECUTE Execute function code

  • ISM_BP_CREATE BAdI
Use/Function: Make adjustments to the fast input screen for the business partner in the Customer Interaction Center.
This includes the following methods:
  • DIALOG_PREPARE (Prepare subscreen name, address and communication data)

Use/Function: Extend fast processing dialog for business partner data by adding customer-specific fields to a customer subscreen.
This includes the following instance methods:
  • SET_DATA (Define screen data (BAdI object))

  • GET_DATA,,(Read screen data (BAdI object))
