ISM_COA_COND_KAUGR - Negotiate Best Conditions Using Condition Exclusion

In this step you can negotiate best conditions between discount conditions for the target number and target quantity.
You can also define the significance of condition types for contract discount determination.
You can subject the discount by number scale and discount by unit scale condition types to an exclusion procedure and thus ensure that the more favorable of the two discounts remains active (and is copied into the contract).
The number scale is created as a point scale in the system with scale limits that are to be specified in a point unit ANP.
Use a pricing procedure for contract conditions that contains two condition types with a unit scale that are combined as an condition exclusion group for each contract condition (discount, price, fixed quantity price).
The system uses the assignment to the exclusion group to identify the significance of the contract condition. If you use exclusion groups, you no longer need to assign condition types to particular condition references. You should assign condition types to the following exclusion groups with the respective significance:
Exclusion grp. | Significance of assigned condition types |
---|---|
JDBO | Bonus from number or unit scale |
JDBP | Bonus from value scale |
JDPR | Price from number or unit scale |
JDPS | Price from value scale |
JDRB | Discount from number or unit scale |
JDRC | Discount from value scale |
Assignment is also required for condition types that are not assigned to an exclusion procedure.
Please note that discount and bonus can be recorded as negative amounts or can be converted to negative amounts using value formula 222 if the "More favorable condition type" condition exclusion procedure is used.
The system always returns the discount and bonus as positive amounts.
