In this activity, you define the number range intervals in the number range for goods arrival orders, which you transfer to Deutsche Post AG.

The system creates every order (for Deutschen Post AG order management) internally under a unique key. For this reason, you should only define the internal number range interval 01 to assign these keys.

When you create orders, the system automatically assigns a sequence number from the internal number range as the key.

The system uses the numbers in the intervals defined here when it creates and cancels goods arrival orders. For more information, see the documentation for the program IRJVDPAM01.

Create the interval 01 for internal number assignment for the following number range objects:

  • Number range for order header (ISM_DPAM_1)
  • Number range for order number (ISM_DPAM_2)
