In this activity, you assign the additional functions to the shipping plan.

You can select the functions assigned by choosing Other Functions in shipping plan processing (transaction JVSDTPLOAD_CHANGE).

You have defined which entries the system is to list under Other Functions. For more information, see Customizing for Press Distribution under Shipping and Transportation Planning -> Shipping Planning -> Additional Functions in Shipping Plan -> Define Additional Functions.

1. Enter the functions that are to be available for use in the shipping plan.
2. In the sort sequence, define the order in which the system is to list the functions in the dropdown box under Other Functions.
3. If you want to make it possible to access a function by double clicking, select the Function That Can Be Accessed by Double-Click checkbox.
4. Make the appropriate settings for the Shipping Date Level, Media Issue Level, and Detail Level checkboxes to specify the level in the shipping plan at which the additional functions can be used.
