You can use the Business Add-In (BAdI) ISM_SD_CIC_CLAIMS_DEACT to control whether returns recording is to be deactivated according to your requirements for each contract item and media issue in the delivery list in the Customer Interaction Center.

The following standard settings apply to the BAdI:

  • The BAdI is not active in the standard delivery.
  • The BAdI is filter-independent.
  • The BAdI cannot be used more than once.
