In this Customizing activity, you define the filter groups for the shipping plan.

You can select the filter groups in shipping plan processing (transaction JVSDTPLOAD_CHANGE) using the Filter function.

You have defined the filters for the shipping plan. For more information, see Customizing for Press Distribution under Shipping and Transportation Planning → Shipping Planning → Display Filters for the Shipping Plan → Define Filters.

  1. Define the filter groups for the shipping plan and assign each an alphanumeric key and an explanatory text.
  2. Specify the level of the shipping plan at which the filter groups can be used by selecting the Shipping Date Level, Media Issue Level, and Detail Level checkboxes.
  3. Assign the filters that are used in a filter group.
  4. Define a sort sequence to specify the order in which the filters in a group are to be listed in the dropdown box under Filter in shipping plan processing.
