ISM_PUBL_MIG_MPF_AN - Create Media Product Family (for Publication)

In this step, you create the media product family that corresponds to the publication.

When you create the media product family, the publication is copied from Customizing if migration is active. You must copy the attributes of the publication manually to the media product family.

• Please make sure that the tax data for the publication is created correctly in the media product family (via sales areas).
  For example, you can only create the same tax data segments as already exist for the publication.

• If synchronization is to take place with Periodical Sales and Distribution, you must specify a material type for which media product synchronization is active for the media product family.

• If synchronization is to take place with Periodical Sales and Distribution, the material key for the media product family must not have more than eight characters.
