ISM_TLM_BDC_UNDO - Reset OR Data Collector

In this activity you can partially or completely reset the outgoing royalties data collector (OR data collector).

Note: This activity should not be performed in a live system, since it can cancel data that can be relevant for outgoing royalties settlement.

You have made the settings required so that values or quantities for SD billing documents are updated in the OR data collector. You have created SD billing documents for which data has already been updated in the OR data collector. These can be transferred partially or completely to the settlement data collector in IPM.

Execute the activity and select the billing documents for which data is to be reset in the OR data collector. Select the Test Run indicator. The system displays a log that contains all billing documents.

If you execute the activity without selecting the Test Run indicator, the system transfers an entry to the OR data collector for all selected billing documents. This means that all data for these billing documents is reversed during transfer to the settlement data collector and can no longer be used to calculate outgoing royalties.
