IS-M/SD CH: This function reads the entries from the PTT dataset comparison or PTT conversion run from table J_1SPUPBESTAND. The records are formatted according to the postal unit/user code and written to the corresponding UPDA tables (JSTORTUPDA, JSTPLZUPDA, JSTPLOUPDA, and JSPLZZUOUPDA).
