PERFORM Short Reference ABAP Short ReferenceThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
In this step you define condition types for discount determination in the contract.

Contract discount determination is a pricing application. It evaluates conditions (can be selected for each sales area) in a pricing procedure and transfers the amounts for particular condition types as:
- Contract conditions (discount, bonus and fixed quantity price)
- Threshold values that have been defined for contract monitoring. You use threshold values to define which contracts count as being close to the next higher discount (such as a threshold value of 100 CMM for a discount level of 5000 CMM).
- Absolute tolerances that can be missing in contract fulfillment for final settlement without the contract being regarded as non-fulfilled (e.g. 0.5 pages for a contract with over 12 pages).
In each of these two examples the system allows a condition type with a quantity scale (such as 3% discount as of 6 pages, 5% discount as of 12 pages) and a condition type with a value scale (such as from
If you are not using exclusion groups, the meaning of a condition type is based on the condition reference to which it is assigned.

---|---|
AR | Discount rate from the quantity scale |
AS | Discount rate from the value scale |
AB | Bonus rate from the quantity scale |
AC | Bonus rate from the value scale |
F2 | Fixed quantity price from quantity scale |
F3 | Fixed quantity price from value scale |
SW | Threshold value for quantity scale |
SX | Threshold value from the value scale |
TO | Absolute tolerance from the quantity scale |
