Online backup of SAP directories using BRMS
Hi,On one system we had to exclude IFS directories according to note 214369.
I'll get back to you tomorrow re the BRMS control groups (sending this from
home).
Just for interest, what iSeries hardware (IOP) are you using on this
machine? We are achieving 3590E save rates of about 45 - 50GB/h on a 720
with 6501 IOP (offline backup, V4R4). According to IBM the 3590 Ultra-B
or E should achieve large file save rates of up to 60GB/h with 6501 or 6534
IOPs.
