Multiple Production Clients
We want to segregate a portion of our business. This will have a differentcompany number. We have discussed handling by security or a separate
client. After discussing, it was decided a separate client. When I tried
to establish a separate 'production' client, SAP rejected that indicating
that we already had a 'production' client.
This led me to review several notes, in particular, 31557 The multi-client
concept of R/3 - Overview.
Should this be handled by security control, or a separate client? I'm
certain everyone has multiple test clients, but does anyone have separate
'production' clients?
