Hi Jan,fortunately your problem will be fixed by a SAP kernel patch for 4.5B soon.
There was a loop in calling the same problem over and over again.
This is not a problem that occurs in 4.6x as well. So, when there are in
4.6x problems as well they shouldn't be related.
