Printer Problems
Good evening, Thank you everyone for your help. IBM ran a trace on theproblem and found 5 PTF's which they said could help fix the problem.
Three of the PTF's were already loaded on our system. I loaded the last
two last night and followed the special instructions for them and IPLed the
system. So far today we have not had any problems(knock on wood) with the
spools hanging up. The PTF numbers are MF25137, MF25426,
SF62933(5769TC1), SF62135 and SF64657. Thanks again and have a great
day.
