Upgrade form 31H to 40C
I have numbers from 3.1H to 4.6C:before we started: 13,680 objects, 611,554,107,392 bytes (my commas
added!)
after the upgrade: 30,334 objects, 674,678,665,216 bytes
after SGEN completed: 30,432 objects, 687,556,509,696 bytes
summary: about 10.5% hit from 3.1H after upgrade
about 12.5% hit from 3.1H after SGEN
Note: SGEN numbers probably included some ICNV and other maintenance as
well.

I have been asked to look into the disk requirements
to do the above mentioned upgrade.
I have heard that the upgrade will make the SAP
database grow by 125 %.
Does anyone have actual numbers of the before and
after size?
