Starting Point for Save Job in Journals

Hi Chris,

as you seem to exclude the R3PRDDATA in your backup. Your strategy seems to
be, that the R3SIDDATA only becomes backuped once a week, because of the
different timezones in the US and AU. We are having a lot of customers with
such a situation, that do there backups every night. If you don't have long
running batch-jobs during the the first 60 minutes of your backup-window,
the "offline"-time for the people in AU should be 1-2 minutes, if you don't
use DSCR3SYS or SAVR3SYS. Otherwise you are right with about 20 minutes.

You should know that the time, that is needed for getting the sync-point
(about 20 minutes) is just online-time, not offline-time!

So, I think the best apporach is, just to do a SAVLIB for your R3SIDDATA
every night as well - at least give it a chance!

Regards

Volker
