Disconnection error

The only way I was able to persuade our network group was to
demonstrate by disconnecting my dialog session simply by removing the
network cable from my PC. Fifteen minutes later when R/3 lets go of
the session, I showed them this same error :

Operating system call recv failed (error no. 3426 )
User 30873 (PSTRACENER ), terminal 25 (pstracener- )

We always see the message Q0I in the system log during network
blunders. In fact today, after having some networking mishaps, the
system log recorded over 120 of these errors in a ten minute period.
This was caused by a duplicate IP address on the network. A few
weeks ago, it was a bad nic card in a users PC. This has been my
experience anyway.

I would suggest having a demo with your "Wan Guy". But go easy on

Have fun,

The problem is as follows: I'm an a 3.1I system, kennel patch 598,
hotpack level 67. I am receiving the following error:
> Operating system call recv failed (error no. 3426 )
> User 292 (FBADGER ), terminal 132 (mitac2 ) disconnected
> Each time the user is disconnected he can not see the network. I
have search on OSS for anything that would help and found nothing
describing the above. I have told my WAN guy that this is more of a
communication problem with the user interface with the routers and
switches but he insist that it's a SAP/AS400 problem. I have
exhausted IBM and now I'm turning to this group for any advise or
comment that might help or confirm my suspicion. Thanking you in
