LRAW data still in EBCDIC in file D010S af ter migration

Hi,

R3SETUP spawns a lot R3LOADs. They let you know in the export file how they
were called:
e.g.

# R3load version Z(#) $Id: //bas/46D/src/ins/R3load/R3load.c#11 $ SAP
# Jobno/Jobuser/Jobname: "390558/D030451/QPADEV000J"
# GEN46DEDB2/R3LOADDB4 -e /tmp/r3load/ZMARA_MBEW.CMD -p
/tmp/r3load/ZMARA_MBEW_export.LOG.txt -M AS400

"-M AS400" means it is on AS/400 and has to become converted during export
from ebcdic to ascii. This ONLY happens during the export. The dump-files
are always in ASCII. It is not supported with EBCDIC DUMP-files to convert
to ASCII during import.

What happens on the NT site if you issue the following SQL ?
SELECT PROG, R3STATE FROM d010s
Is it correct then ?

As D021S is similar to D010S, I really have no clou at the moment. I think,
you would have to open an OSS ticket on this.

Regards

Volker
