Setting up VPN access to SAP

I think the numbers you are looking for are: 32xx, 33xx and 36xx. The
xx is the SAP instance number. If you PRD is instance 03 the port
numbers are 3203, 3303, 3603.

The SERVICES files located down in your Windows directory contains
these numbers. The services file is located in c:\windows or
c:\winnt\system32\drivers\etc depending on the OS you run. SAP by
defaults puts in 3200-3299 and 3300-3399, I think this is to cover
any possible instance you may have. SAP does not add entries for the
36xx numbers. I added the numbers for our systems, I needed to add
them for message servers and groups from the logon pad, not sure
exactly why they are needed BUT I had to add the entries to get the
GROUPS funtionality within saplogon to work.
