MS Access & SAP???

Thanks, Martin!

I've been drilling down and down and down to get the data I want
within SAP and have been using the "export" function that dumps data
out into pivot tables within Excel. That works, but it is very time
consuming. What I would really, really like to do is access the
tables in SAP directly (or access the data that I have been drilling
down to) and then some how automate it so I don't have to do so much
pointing and clicking.

(depends very much on what kind of data you want) you can save a
report as comma separated file and import that into Access.
> Another way is to write and ABAP that retrieves your data and write
those CSV to a file. I doubt you can use and Excel in between because
of the volume of data you mentioned.
