On 3.1H, I believe most of the information was held in tables TSP03
and TSP03C. It seems that you could either manually transfer these
tables at the OS level, or use a "manual" transport from within SAP
to move the entries. Be aware, though, that you'll need to change
the server and probably the destination host for the printers on the
new system.
