Within the Support Package area of OSS (SAP Net --> Service --> SAP Patch Service --> R/3 Support Package), you can choose the hot package in question and then press button, 'Registered Objects'. This will give you a list of all objects you registered for modification with OSS that are contained in the HP.
An example of the output for us for HP36 (4.5B) is as follows:
-------------------- begin of paste ----------------------- - Registered Objects Contained in Patch: SAPKH45B36
Remember, though, this only compares what is registered in OSS vs the HP object list. You might have objects that are registered, but have never been repaired. If these are found in your analysis, I suggest deleting the object registration in OSS to abate this problem in the future.
