SQL error -904 with reason code 7

Dear saplings,
after upgrading our system to 4.6c, we are getting
SQL error -904 with reason code 7
approximately 1 every month(about 3 times so far).
Our "solution" has been to delete SQL packages.
We are on V4R4M0 with all ptf's according to infoapar, and also
ptf SF64459 which I hoped would help, but did not.
Has anyone else seen this problem ?
